GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2008

Freemuse:
The next Freemuse General Assembly will take place in September 2008

One of the powers of the General Assembly is to elect members of the Freemuse Executive Committee. 


Information about the candidates the the Executive Committe as well as voting ballots have been sent out by postal mail to the paying members of Freemuse. Individuals as well as institutions have one vote each.
 
If you have not recieved your voting ballot - please contact the Freemuse Secretariat as soon as possible.

Voting
Ballots much reach the Freemuse Secretariat no later than Friday, August 29, 2008. It is important that you use the proper ballot and that you sign the envelope as described in the information folder. All votes are anonymous.

The Freemuse Executive Committee can consist of 5 to 7 members. Therefore you can vote for a minimum of 5 up to a maximum of 7 candidates. 
 
General Assembly

Voting ballots will be opened during the general Assembly. The General Assembly is open for members only.

Nominations
Deadline for nominations of candidates to the Executive Committe was 6 March 2008.

Motions
Deadline for motions to the General Assembly was 6 June 2008.
